* Investigate discrete facility usage periods such as Bankstown City Council's trial of female-only swimming pool times to encourage Muslim participation. (Womensport and Recreation NSW)

* Insurance providers to write policies to allow come-and-try days providing coverage for potential members. (Womensport and Recreation NSW).

* Australian Broadcasting Authority to set minimum but fair standards for the amount of women's sport on television; also ensure it is broadcast at times that do not clash with peak participation times. (Australian Council Health Physical Education and Recreation)

* More coverage of minor sports will come via online or internet development and these sports should be positioning themselves now to take advantage of this new technology. (Australian Olympic Committee)

* Encourage female commentators in roles with media partners. Set regulations on the type of images that can appear in the media to cover women's sport. (Cricket Australia)
